Output
The object of what you’re making. This is an email, website, app, product, etc. Within your sphere of control.
Outcome
The “why” of your making. Within your sphere of influence. The desirable state of the world removed from the output. Output should service outcome.
Impact
The secondary results of your making, both desirable and undesirable. Externalities. Within your sphere of concern, but outside your control, often outside your influence.
